Capacity model

3 live classes/day · 8h day
  • 5 teachers, each teaching 3 live classes/day = 6h of teaching.
  • Against an 8h max working day that leaves 2h spare per teacher per day.
  • That is ~50 team-hours/week — the entire budget funding this plan.

Mock test enhancement — chapter wise

Rebuild chapter-wise mocks as two tiers: Foundation (25 questions) for baseline coverage and Advance (60 questions) for exam-level rigour. This replaces the dormant Subject Test with a usable, differentiated practice layer.

No cohort segmentation (suggestion)

All NEET students sit in one undivided batch. Split into Foundation/Advance and route scarce human 1:1 time to the struggling cohort — AI and recorded content already cover routine doubts for everyone.
